I can't see anything else wrong with the plant no other spots no nanners nothing.... Been searching up and down can't see anything like that anywhere else that is on the top
No , I don’t see anything to suggest a hermie. Looks pretty darn good!

It kinda looks like a seed pod, what throws me is it is not covered with a leafy hull. No clue... 
Even if it is a seed pod, it’s probably empty, or has a white infertile seed in it. False pregnancy (lol).
