Males don't have seeds. They release pollen. If the pollen finds a female they reproduce the buds on the female would have seeds and the bud would be not at potent as others that haven't been pollinated.

It won't have any buds at all to smoke.

you can self pollinate a female by collecting pollen from a male but you must be extremely careful in doing so.

I've personally never done it before. Best bet is to read some threads here and ask questions on the thread. But to break it down fast you take those sacs from the male and open them up. Pollen is inside. Carefully and I mean carefully put it on the pistols of the female plant that you want pollinated. But watch because you can end up pollinating your entire grow room.

I personally if I wanted seeds would just put one female and male together far away from the others and let them do their thing. then you'd have seeds for a very long time.

So if i put 1 with this it will be a x with ? Is that right
