Is this bud ready for harvest?

It's been in flowering for a while now, I'm not sure how long it should take before I harvest it.

How can I tell with a loupe what's some indications it's ready?

About half way their at most I think

Flowers are still forming there, id say buy couple ounces, by time you get through them your plant should be just about ready for harvest...
