Right do you know your RH aka relative humidity levels whilst lights are on & off ?

Hard to tell, but without seeing it in person, my guess is no. Rot will be a different texture pretty quickly.
It does appear to me like 'N' has been too heavy during flowering.

Should be just fine.
Early signs is perhaps an isolated spot on the cola with discolouring of the leafs, once the bud is parted you may find it looking all brown in colour bit like a brown dust this then turns to grey mold & spreads ending up like this...

How is your ventilation? Bud rot affected plant tissue is soft and mushy, pics under white light would help
