Is this enough light?!

Ok so my room is 4.5ft L 4ft W 4.5ft tall. I have 6 4ft 40w tubes. In each fixture there's 1 3000k bulb and 1 7200k bulb. For the most part there around 3000 lumens each. I also have 4 hanging cfl's 1515 lumens at 25watts 2700k. Probably gonna have 12 plants growing. There's a small fan and a homemade co2 contraption. Any suggestions? This is my 2nd time grow and want some input from the masters out there. Thanks

It sounds like you are running roughly 600 watts of CFL/Tubes. For that area you need closer to 1400 watts for flowering. You may want to consider a 1k watt HPS. What you have will do Okay for veg, but will lack in overall production value for 12 plants.

Kool Thanx. My space is outside but inside lol it's in a very odd place and I dnt think I could deal with the heat issue in this place. What about more and bigger cfl's? Last grow I only had 2 tubes over head and nothing else. It wasn't the greatest yield "2.5 oz for 3 plants" but it sure did get me stoned lol. I trying to figure out how to upload pix from my mobile so I can show my room

Once I build my inside-inside stealth box I was thinking a pair of 400 watt Hps bulbs. I've been blue printing it the last couple of days. Step by step as I have a budget.
