Try using soil made for growing cannabis i dont want to promote but i use fox farm as do alot here and its never let me down ever .
Are you using any nutrients? How do you decide when to water? When you water, do you continue until some seeps from the bottom of the pot?
Alot folks here make supersoil and im sure they have there list of ingredients for us to view.
Flushing or watering enuff to drain from the pot is very important also.
Im guessing your issue is your clay pot that holds to much calcium and other salts found in the water supply.
But it could be weak soil not fit for high grade cannabis that like to grow like bamboo and needs alot of nutrients.

The newest growth looks pretty good,not nearly as sad as 2 weeks ago
You could fill that pot up a little more to shorten the stem,or transplant to a plastic pot and bury it a little deeper.
Do you know if the soil you're using has nutes in it?
It's not really showing any deficiencies yet,so I don't think you need to feed it quite yet.

If you're sure there's no nutes in the soil,you could probably give it a mild dose-start at 1/4 strength or so
of whatever you're going to feed it.
It's too early to top it,so you just need to let it grow for awhile,and more light definitely wouldn't hurt,
weak light would account for the slow growth-your lights are close enough,but lack the intensity needed to make the plant really thrive-as the plant gets bigger,the disadvantages of weak light will become even more apparent...
