ISO oil, outdoor, how did I do? Tips? Thanks

Made this morning, from like 1-1.5 ounce of trimmings from outdoor Black Garlic, its blackberry kush x garlic breath which is diesel an shit. Anyway, dank genetics, high thc content.

Thanks and here is 2nd batch stikl doin the final evaporation on top of toaster oven vent at 450°, been doin this for 2.5 hrs meow. Gunna try 3hrs and see if its still bubbleing

That temperature was a little too high. You'll evaporate many of the terpenes at those temperatures. Try keep the temperature of your oil below 240°F. An infared thermometer is great for measuring this.

The temp of oil wasnt that hot, just the oven was, but it was on top of the toaster oven so dont think the oil was that hot but thanks for advice it would burn silly.

But legit, 450° toaster oven, put on the vent on the top and seems to work well but takes 2-3 hrs for me in this scenario

Pretty much done for now, going to scrape in half hr or hr and transfer to bottom of popcan(cut off).

Update, oil is now in mini bowl and will sit for 6 hrs on there to evaporate the last bit of isopropyl.

Batch 4, Nother iso hashplant batch, used bottom of trim bag so should see a better yield than last batch. Now its on top of the toaster oven set at 450° for the next 3 hrs. Will post update
