What can i use to low stress train my plants? Like common household items. I'm having trouble doing lst, I'm not sure what to use.

Jute twine, yarn, reasonably thick cord, et cetera. You want something that's not so thin that it might cut into the stem.

I use binder clips attach my ties to as I'm using fabric pots. If your using plastic pots you could drill a hole near the top of your pots and put the tie through that.

Here is a pic of one of my pots with the binder clips attached.

i mean pics of LST with it, just interested on how people do it

I top at the 5th node then once the 2 growth tips grow out long enough after the topping I tie them down making sure the growth tips are lower then the topping site

You can use these to clip onto the side of the container, tie twine to 1 piece of the metal, then loop over the branch you want to train then secure the loose end of twine/string under the clip.
Thanks, but those big paper clips,...they rust quickly ! IMO
