THAT'S what did the damage to the fender? Now that I can believe. :thumb:

Looks like it came through pretty much unscathed as well.

Damn! You do grow some incredible bud! :cheesygrinsmiley:

Ok, you want the truth? It’s a hole from a .50 caliber round that almost knocked my van off a cliff in Costa Rica when I was running guns and drugs for the Cali cartel. Seems their competition had gotten wind of my transport and decided to try and take me out. Just missed the gas tank. Thankfully I had a well armed escort team and those boys were left littered all over the road, and I got my shipment home safely. And got paid extra for the danger!!

There. Now you know. Don’t judge me.

Btw @Azimuth - it’s easy to make any weed look good when you cover it with kief…lol!!

It would’ve been a much better n believable story had you said the Sinaloa cartel. Cali has been put out of business for decades. CL🍀

Well, I’m 58 and the story was supposed to be decades old. I don’t do that stuff anymore. Lmao.

Mimosa
Yield

Well, I got an eight day dry out of her, which is nice. Not the prettiest buds ever, but man are they good. Trim jail sucked ass.

Yield

186 + 134 + 7 = 327 grams = 11.68 ounces.

I’ll take it.

I love the look of those buds. Almost makes me want to pop one in my mouth and eat it! Great work Jon! :Rasta:

EPILOGUE

Time to put this journal to bed. Let’s see…I guess I’d characterize this one as very up and down. Long journal for essentially three proper plants, lol. From the dizzying heights of the Banana Sherbet, Strawberry Haze, and Mimosa to the epic fail of the three outdoor plants, to the only feminized seed I’ve ever had present as male - it’s been a ride. Here’s a brief summary:

Banana Sherbet XXL auto: lived up to the XXL title, excellent weed, easy plant to grow, can give double digit yields

Mimosa: accidental reveg for 8 days after 30 of flower, resulting in highly foxtailed buds but a lot of yield and excellent, very sticky classic Mimosa

Strawberry Haze: prize of the grow imo, as tasty as it gets, smells uncannily like strawberries, dense buds, beautiful plant - a superior sativa

Humboldt Dream: a feminized seed that turned out to be a male plant, which was too bad because it was gorgeous, obviously pulled

Tropicanna Banana: hermied

Crescendo: hermied

Mandarin Zkittlez: hermied but harvested, smoked a bit through the seeds, too bad, very characteristic tasting bud that would have been great, and gave me a ton of kief

I am happy to have 20+ ounces jarred from just the three plants that finished correctly.

I appreciate everyone’s following along and participation as always. Thanks so much to my friends in the 420 community who pick me up, educate me, hold my hand, and generally make it way fun. Thanks also for your input to the journal.

And thanks of course to the sponsors in play on this grow, all your products performed spectacularly.

See you guys shortly with more fun!

@Teddy Edwards, if you could please move this to completed journals I would greatly appreciate it, thanks!
