Just messing around. I decided to try a go at aquaponics. I got my wife a Betta fish as a gift. I put him in a bigger cup and wrapped it in a shop rag to keep her from seeing him. I cycled the water and prepped it for a plant and decided to use a spare clone that had good roots. 3 days in and so far so good. I'm also taking the clone straight to bloom. It's sitting in my bedroom window sill
So cool!!! Love the idea of aquaponics

Those pots look interesting. I am wondering how fast they breakdown. I like the transplanting idea.

I'm not sure how quick they breakdown. But the roots pretty easily grow through the baggies. And they make for a Very easy transplant. They work best with clones that have well established roots from an aerocloner.

Update on CDP outdoor Bloom. Looking and smelling good. Buds are starting to fill in this week. Coming up to the end of week 6. Feeding 5ml. Micro, 1ml. Grow, 5ml. Bloom, 5ml. CalMag, 20ml Massive Bloom. The beginning of the week I changed from supplementing Big Bud to Massive Bloom. Trying it out until week 8 and see how I like it.

A CDP update with Pics. 5ml Micro 7ml Bloom 5ml CalMag 20ml Massive Bloom. The Massive Bloom supplement I've been using with this girl has been working pretty well. I can now smell her from down the street. A single plant in the greenhouse is stankin up the neighborhood. . I'm noticing denser bud growth and significantly more smell.

Few pics of the Afghan. She is doing well. Buds are starting to develop and the leaf tips aren't curling as bad. Today marks 3 weeks after first signs of sex and beginning of bloom. I've bumped the nutes back up to 2.5ml Micro 1ml Gro 2.5ml Bloom 2.5ml Calmag 20ml Massive. Almost two weeks at higher ppm's and no worsening symptoms.

CDP Clone to Bloom. As soon as the roots were developed she went into an aquaponics setup for two weeks. I set the 1.5gal fish tank in my bedroom window sill to induce transition. After she showed sex she was swapped to a 5gal. HydroBucket with early bloom nutes 5ml Micro 2.5ml Gro 5ml Bloom 2.5ml CalMag 2ml HydroGuard PH 5.85. Then she went into the Bloom tent with the Afghan. Now the nutes are at 5ml Micro 2.5ml Gro 7.5ml Bloom 2.5ml CalMag 20ml Massive 2ml HydroGuard PH 5.9
