Hey guys I have a couple of Lavender plants growing in some miracle grow soil under a 400 wt hps. They were a nice dark green growing quickly for 2 months then all of a sudden with no changes here I got leaves browning and dying down low, then a couple days later all my upper leaves are almost white or slight yellow on all the new growth. Any clues to whats going on? I'll add a couple pics.

12-16" above plants
Filtered tap water every other day
feed weekly 20-10-10 mixed with gallon of water 1 teaspoon
room around 75 degrees
2 gallon pots
had some small flying bugs used an all natural spray a month ago, seemed to work
Pulled plant to check roots, all white and fuzzy no bounding, look healthy
cheap soil meter shows ph around 7
So now I'm lost on why they are dying, thanks for any help
