Im most interested in the rigs the pots sit on. I’m looking for a way to water to good runoff and dump the excess water under scrog.

I'm not sure if I can post a link but if you search "plant caddy with water tray" you should find them.
There one of my favourite pieces of equipment, I went with the 13" so that I could use 5 gallon pots if I felt like it and the runoff tray holds about a litre.
I use fabric pots with risers in the saucer.
Air gets to the bottom of the pot, and the pots easily run off. Have to use a shop vac to remove the water though.
Not an issue for me, as I don’t ever water to run off.

I always water to runoff so those caddies save me from having to swap trays or vacuum them out.
I have risers like that in my wash buckets to keep the grit out of the sponge when washing my vehicles.
I never INTENTIONALLY water to run off would be more accurate. Lol
I water heavily when I do, but allow the pots to dry before watering again.
Usually every 3rd day.
I use the risers mostly so the bottom of the pot can air prune too.

I couldn't imagine the salt build up I would have if I didn't water to runoff.

Nice, I would like to try living soil sometime but I'll have to wait since I have too much invested in my upcoming RDWC.
I’ve always done soil. I’ve git zero experience with anything else.

I have zero experience in deep water culture but I have an itch to try it, so I picked up some equipment and will do a build thread whenever I get around to it.
There’s no right or wrong way. It’s all individual preference

Updated Flower Nutrients - Week 2
I forgot to add Advanced Nutrients Big Bud to the list so here's an updated version for week 2.
Week 2 is 750ppm ( 1.5 e.c ), ended foliar spray and added Advanced Nutrients Nirvana and Advanced Nutrients Big Bud.
Top dressed with 1 tablespoon of Wallace Organic Wonder Mycorrhizal Fungi every other feed.
