Lets see the pic with the black spots.
I'm taking it that your plant is outdoors right?
Those circles are pests eating your plant. Pretty sure they are leaf hoppers and I had them but the spiders came in and decimated the few that were on my plants.
Outside the plants will just grow new leaves. It's not a problem unless the pests start multiplying. I had it worse but they were gone in a week. I did nothing plants are fine.
