Leafs curling and yellow spots

Hello I am growing some northern lights. This is my second grow. I started to notice some weird leaf curling and yellowing around the 4th-5 week of veg. I just added some calmag as of posting this thread to see if it would help. Just looking for some help/advice.

My setup and info:
4x4 grow tent
2 ES300 lights
5 gallon smart pots, FFOF Soil
Water: tap water that is Ph balanced to 6.5 and o2 is added via a pump.
Humdity is quite low unfortunately, I have a very good size humidifier but the humidity is still sitting around 35-40%.
Temp: Day: 25C. Night: 19-20C
Airflow is all good, one intake and one exhaust and a flan to move air around.
I add Gia green on occasion as nutrients. (4-4-4)

There asking for more nutes

I think this is it IMHO. Looks like a mishmash of everything. It could be the light, but in these photos the plants in the background look as if they're also exhibiting chlorosis, potentially meaning they simply haven't progressed in exhibiting their deficiencies as far as this one has. But, again, could be the light.

The tips are burned, which is a possible symptom of nutrient toxicity, but doesn't sound like you're feeding it anything substantial if you just feed every once in a while, and you're feeding with organic nutes anyway. Top of your plant says Ca deficiency to me - general chlorosis and spotting of the rest of the plant say all kinds of other symptoms.

It's just asking for all the things at once because it's just hungry, if you ask me.

Even still, get a few more opinions, I'd say.

I water once every day or every other day. Depending on the soil and the look of the plants.

Just to be totally sure, I wouldn't completely rule out they're drowned if you're in soil. These plants are asking for water every day? They're pretty small and FFOF is pretty good and keeping wet. What do you mean by going by the soil? How much do you water each time?
