the leaves of my 4 plants (roughly 2 weeks old and about 2 inches in hight) are so virticle it looks like a "v" I think i might not have enough light on them. I have been using only a CFL and a regular incandecent bulb but have been told to get rid of the incandecent and replace it with another CFL which I will do. Is this probably my problem or could it be somthing else?

could be reaching for light and incandesents get pretty hot which could be part of it too. get rid of that one and the cfl should be 2-4 inches from plant..

if going strictly with cfl you should get at least half a dozen "100watt" ones they dont use much juice.

both of the leaves made the V but i brought them outside for a day and they went back down, now one of the plants seems to be drooping, doesnt seem like a real problem tho

Drooping is usually caused by a lack of water. The stems become weak and floppy. Give them a good soak and small dose of nutrients, they should perk right up.
