Leaves getting dry brown spots

Have three plants that all started from seed in nov. Have one plant that has brown spots and drying out only on bottom leaves. Cut two leaves that where bad yesterday. Today the two fan leaves at the bottom have brown spots on them. Using ro water. gh 3 part mix in a 15 gal fill and drain table. 8 t5 4 ft bulbs.
