Lecithin in coconut oil

Hi everybody what's your opinion about lecithin in coconut oil ? Is it more effective ? I will be not baking with it just eat it raw

I use xantham gum. It should work the same.

Just about all the recipes on the 420 Butter Machine call for Coconut oil & Lecithin. Wish I still had my machine but loaned it out & the guy ended up in jail for DUI. His 3rd or 4th so he's doing a year for it.

Fs thats a shame buddy I am doing the oil right now with slow cooker and mason jar, and I just been in the shop for some of that lechitin 7£ for 250g some expensive stuff I wonder if I can froze it as it will last me for ages ..

I bought a gallon jug of Lecithin on Ebay or Amazon for about $12. That would last me well over a year.
