LED and T5 combined grow

Hey everyone I'm using what's supposed to be a Mars hydro 300w panel with 5 4ft t5 6400k 54w tubes and 5 4ft t5 3000k 54w tubes in 3x3x6 area will this be sufficient for full grow

Well I don't know, lol. Since you used the words "supposed to be a Mars hydro 300w panel," that sort of implies that it isn't. If you tell us what it really is, that would seem to be helpful in determining the answer to your question.

I ordered it from eBay I said supposed to be because I saw one one YouTube it said it was but only had one fan the one I have has duel fans
