LED/Blue/Red question

I've got a couple of LEDs that can switch from Blue/Veg to Red/Bloom. My question is when is the best time to switch to the Red/Bloom?
I'm a little over two weeks into bloom, and little blooms are showing...should I switch to Red now, or wait a bit?

A little over 2 weeks ago would have been idea... at least that's what the sellers of these switchable systems claim. I have not personally tried this as of yet so I cannot give first hand experience.
