LEDs and their settings

Hello all gardeners out there I have a question about my 600W kingled. This light has a veg setting and bloom. I can turn them both on at the same time or just one at a time.

So here’s my question...
I have one plant it’s a feminized crown royal indica that’s small on day 19 and then 5 others that are younger that are northern light autos . I have currently only been running my light in veg. But after some reading I’ve been seeing that maybe I should be running my light both veg and bloom to give the girls more light spectrum. Since there’s so much reading both ways I’m wondering what you all have to say about it.

Any help with my first grow will be greatly appreciate! Thank you and happy gardening!

Hi Angela,
Stick with the veg setting during vegetation, otherwise you'll fry them...
