Legal questions in Michigan

hey here is a general question. felonies, how long do they take to get espounged or get off my record so i dont have to put em on job applications?
They never get expunged unless you go through the formal expungement process. In Michigan, a person can apply to have 1 conviction expunged if: (1) they have no other convictions, (2) more than 5 years has passed since they completed all terms of sentence (including jail, probation, etc.), and (3) the offense is not one of the statutory felonies that are ineligible for expungement. If there is no formal application completed, then the conviction will remain a matter of public record forever. :bong:
