Light Cycle Question

would it be ok when flipping to 12/12 to change when the lights are on, they are currently on in the day and it would be ideal if i could have them on at night during flower, would this stress the plant or will it be fine, was going to leave them in the dark for a day or 2 before intruducing the 12/12 light cycle

I don't know about your other speculations, they could possibly stress the plant, but thats not a disaster, not guarenteed to hermie.

Either way, as soon as the plant detects less light than before it will sex immediately in a ditch effort to preserve its DNA

that would work fine. have a 36-48 hour dark period then lights back on. im guessing a 36hour dark period time it so lights came on a night. just dont keep switching back and forth and there be no prob at all.

I just flipped my ladies from daytime to nighttime hours ... no problem
