Light cycle question?

Hi all , I'm new to this site and prity much a noob to growing , I had a bit of a read through some cool posts I think I'm in the right place to learn a lot
Ok me question is when turning down the light cycle 12/12 do you give the girls a lie on or an early night if ya know what I mean?

Sorry to be a pest , a have a problem my light cycle turns on 6am and off at midnight I don't have access to them till after 6 pm would it affect them much if I went from 9am to 9pm?

I wouldn't risk it, but I've never done it so I can't tell you if it'll mess them up. I would just wait till a day when you can access it at 6, or just chance it. They're very smart plants and differences in light are noticed by them. In my link to the playground in my sig, you can ask there and those guys might know better about this than me. But it's a fun place to chat and learn, so come on by.
