Just leave them. They're still doing a large percentage of the work they're meant to do. Sometime when the plant is bigger and has lots of leaves you can remove them for appearance but there's no other reason too. Or you can keep them as a reminder.
Some older leaves naturally die off eventually so they may do that in time.

alright man! my worries is only that 2 of the 5 pointed leafs are going down in the middle of the branch but i put a straw amd will let it heal.. the two first 7 pointed leafs are bit burned but im gonna be positive. :)
