Light schedule

Here is the deal. When I started my grow everything was great. Now I am flowering and my plants should be matured by the end of next week. They look small very low yeild. I am pointing to two different things I think it could be. 1. I was an idiot and tried growing more than one plant per pail, so i think there might be root problems. 2. My timer has been set for 13 on 11 off(would this really matter?). Please let me know what you think.

More light then dark will tell the plant it is spring or summer, I tend to lean toward the notion of 12 hours uninterrupted dark.. But I think you nailed it with 2 plants per pot.
