Lighting change

ok im changin the light to 12/12 i have it is from 8 am tell 2pm light off then 2pm tell 8 am on .. i was think of chagein the light so from 12 am to 12pm its on the 12 to 12 its off.. well my main questoin is that when i switch it it will make it so the light had been on for like 20 something hours is that going to affect it

thanks yeah i switched it tonight and keepin it there 12 am t0 12pm no light then 12 pm to 12 am light .. hope things keep on going good.. thought i was going to lose it after i trasnplanted it because i lost like 4 sets of leave but i noticed from previous pics it had grown more bushsy and almost 2 inches taller . thanks for your advice
