My old space is no longer viable trying to to pick a new one anybodys thoughts on using a commercial space for indoor grow. pro's and con's or a viable alternative thanks OLDBASTARD

Either be clandestine or legal with it. Either way security should be top priority. No light leaks, unusual noise (for your location), most important NO SMELL. Also make sure that the existing electrical system can accommodate the intended load (lights, fans, pumps, AC, heater, etc). Another suggestion is to go outdoors with it, it is that season.

Thats funny. You ask advice on indoor in a rented space. If you have to ask dont do it. You WILL get popped.
In my state the Fire Marshal has to inspect all commercial buildings yearly to insure they meet fire code (sprinkler systems are functioning, fire egress points aren't blocked, exit signs are working, etc.). Something to think about...
