I know there are few out there but as someone with little experience its hard to understand which one is good and which one I should go with. Im starting my own grow soon and am going the hydro way, cant decide whether to go the ebb and flow route or DWC. Can anyone enlighten me based on price, effectiveness and difficulty?

I would suggest the simplest of forms such as a DWC 5 gal bucket. Learn some hydro then you will have a better understanding of what you want and need. Most systems tailor to the grow and the operator's style and level of commitment given. My signature has a link to my self built hydro system. Feel free to visit and ask questions.
Smokzalot tutorial on diy rdwc is a good one. I made mine using 1.5" PVC with a very high flow rate. Similar to Smokzalot, but still different. Yet same theories apply.
