Looking for a specific timer/controller

A while back I came across a lighting timer that had 2 knobs on it. One was for time "on", the other was for time "off." Both had 24 hour "clocks" on it. It was/is meant to be used to just set the time on and off regardless of "real time of day." The idea behind it was the ability to have longer than 24 hour days. For example you could set the lights to be on for 18 hours and off for 13.

I have been searching for it for a while and have come up with nada. If anyone here knows what I'm talking about and/or where to get one I would really appreciate a pointer.
