Looking for advice for my outdoor, hand watered hydroponic setup.

So i live in Australia and im looking for advise for my new setup.
Its a home made bato bucket, drain to waste, and ive decided to opt for hand watering since myself or partner are at home enough to feed 3-4 times a day and once at night.

if there is any information, tips or similiar setups anyone can throw at me much apreciated.
