Looking for website that sells HPS bulbs and ballasts for under $100

I stumbled upon a website link while browsing through bud related forums a few weeks ago.
This site sold HPS bulbs and ballasts at amazingly low prices.
$5-10 for 400w-1000w bulbs and $30-100 ballasts.
After finding this oasis of low cost lighting, instead of saving the website or at least writing it down, I deleted my browsing history (the only reasonable thing to do.)
I was hoping that someone might remember the website or maybe one like it, any help would be greatly appreciated
