Low Budget Using My Aquarium Fertilizers, July 2019

In week 1 flower I 2x phosphate ,looked ok.Then week 2 flower I 4x phosphate and got burn on EVERY leaf on every plant. The burn never got any worst in the following 3 weeks. They all looked healthy so I just decreased phosphate back to 2x.Week 3-5 the two NL were drinking and looked healthy however I did not seem to see any improvement on flower stacking.Went ahead and 3X flushed the three other plants, increased frosting after 24 hours on the two NL.

Two NL are 5.5 weeks flower, the other Blueberry is 7.5 weeks but is behind her sister by at least 2 weeks.(which is ready to harvest)

I was thinking it was a bit early to harvest my first plant but after posting for advice in the photo forum was told the plant is ready to go.

double post I will continue.

Trimmed and hung.Getting lucky with RH.Considering I`m using no outside influence just the weather, opening window and fan.Rained all day so around 68%.Cooling down in October should be able to keep RH 48-58 % for next 10 days.

Thx ,Really enjoying the whole experience.Took me 4 hours to trim those two NL.
The NL is looking great , it enjoyed the Co2 you gave in the mean time !

About 80% of the leaves on the two NLs were smallish and had plenty of sugar on them.Made Cana butter with a lb of butter.,

Last plant standing. The other three did not get a chance to dry out after flushing. The last one dried and I thought I would give it a couple more extra days to see if any swell happened.A little bit of swell, then I feed it.What happened was the entire cloth pots got really wet on the outside which normally maybe 20% of the cloth would get wet.The extra time gave the soil a chance to dry out more.Leads me to believe I have been over watering the entire grow.103 days from seed.Still no ambers but very

getting cloudy. The last Blueberry got harvested at 5-10 % ambers. This will I will try for 25%.

Found a second seed.Found a seed earlier when I was trimming but cut it in half.First plant has been hanging for 8 days so I took the little popcorn branches and put them in a jar.Too tough to trim leaves on the tiny buds.I have the 62% humidity packets
.Found a seed while harvesting.that looks healthy. Both seeds were found near the bottom of the branch.Plants went through plenty of stress. Two Nl and Blueberry were together and I often put a 12 inch fan on them now and then.

7 grams in the bank.Smells like candy fresh off the hang, not so blueberry. The other hanging branches still have a little hay smell.

This was starting and reference for fertilizing. For nitrates I used aquarium water (the plants I have in my aquariums are simple Hydro weeds, they do not need any fertilizer). .Phosphates ,potassium and trace.I used tubs I bought at a hydro store well over 5 years ago.At flower I started to add 0-10-10 Alaska bloom, then much later(last 3 weeks) I added homemade Cal,molasses and banana juice.

This is from Rex`s Planted Tank Guide.

Ok, now we are going to mix solutions using 250 ml of water.
For the KNO3 you want to mix 16.8 grams or 3 teaspoons or one tablespoon (did you know there are three teaspoons in a tablespoon?) into 250 ml of water. Each ml of this solution will give you 1.08 ppm of NO3 in 10 gallons of water. Note: I did not say in a 10 gallon tank I said in 10 gallons of water. Don't know how much water your tank actually holds? Tough. You will also get the side benefit of dosing 0.68 ppm of Potassium in your 10 gallons of water at the same time.
Want a strong solution? Then mix 67.2 grams or 12 teaspoons or 4 tablespoons of KNO3 in 250 ml of water and this will give you a solution that will dose 4.34 ppm of NO3 in 10 gallons of water and 2.74 ppm of potassium for each ml dosed. You can also use Chuck's calculator to figure out how to dose KNO3 dry directly into your tank.
For dosing KH2PO4 you need to mix 7.2 grams or 1.5 teaspoons or 0.50 tablespoons into 250 ml of water. Each ml of this solution will 0.53 ppm of PO4 in 10 gallons of water.
For dosing K2SO4 don't bother to mix a solution. Dose it dry. 1.5 grams or ¼ teaspoon of K2SO4 will dose 10 gallons of water to 17.72 ppm. Take a bit of your tank water and pour the K2SO4 into it. Then mix till dissolved and pour back into the tank.
For Plantex CSM mix 1 tablespoon or three teaspoons into 250 ml of water and dose 4 ml of this solution 3 times a week into 10 gallons of water. You can go higher or lower than this dose based on the observation of your aquarium.
Amount Of Dosage *warning*

2nd Blueberry still going.

!st Blueberrry plant 9 days hanging 4 days in the jar, went from 22g to 23 g?
Two NL 9 days hanging ,1st day in jar 19g,(would have got the same yield if I harvested at 3 weeks flower, did nothing last 2 weeks.Over 25% ambers ,chopped.

Roots left Nl- Blueberry right. Main issue with the grow.(Also some feeding issues).Up potted 2x too early.Saturated 3g gallon pots, plants took 10-12 to dry out.

Harvested the last plant.21 grams. This time I added more airflow to the harvest area, took 6 days rather than 9 days.Same thing happened on all three dries, smelt like hay for 4-5 days then started to smell fruity on the hang.Total was 63 grams.Hoping to 2x or 4x on second grow.

Germinated the one seed ,planted and popped out 24 hours later.Ordered 6 seeds ,similar strains, should be in this week to start second grow.

Cookies were amazing,I only used 1/3 of the butter.Leave thread open until I get review on the smoke and stronger cookies.
