Hey what are the benefits to low stress training and i read a thread about a mother bonsai it was a beautifull plant i just dont know how the fuck the guy did it so nicely

I started LSTing my 2 plants when they were about 4 - 5 inches tall. They seem to be slow growers, they put a bigass grin on my face every time I visit them. After the 2nd tie-down I started with this problem ... I don't have any room, every node has significant new growth ... green is popping out every where. Since they are some strain of Indica should I just let them go their merry way from here? What would you guys do?
