Lowrider72 Grows Again! Super Skunk, Pineapple Express & Mangolicious

Ok, Tent #1 has been harvested, trimmed and is drying in the racks.....

Should be about a pound there, pretty good considering I have been taking a few buds here and there.
Think with smaller plants I could pull about 1.8 g per watt. This time is about 1.5g per watt.
Not bad for a little 315watter.

I used the bowl trimmer, it does take a lot of bud down quick, but you get a lot of trim. So I took every leaf I could get to off and then trimmed the buds, so the trim is about 80% bud and 20% leaf....perfect for joints.
Some trim....for my joints, about 4oz.....

The bowl trimmeris awesome, saved me heaps of arthritic pruning hours.
It takes a lot more off than I'm used to, but the finished product looks the goods.

Talking of Pineapple, My favourite so far is the Pineapple Express, great taste, good solid buds, really tastes like . Good hardy strain too.
The Super Skunk yielded the most, never disappoints, And great smoko.
Those 2 strains will survive just about anything and still thrive.
The Mango was a low yielder, the smoke does have a mango taste but the plants always struggled.

Tent #2 only has Pineapple Express and Super Skunk, so happy with that.
Will harvest the second tent in two weeks.
Right now I'm just drying and taste testing.......

Must be time for a joint......

Ok, Tent #1 has been dried and bagged ready for some burping, then a vacuum seal to cure for a bit.
Final tally was 450g right on the money, so a pound. So 450g÷315W= 1.42g per watt.
Not so great, usually these lights will pump out about 1.6-1.9g per watt.
So that's the sort of yield loses your looking at growing in too warm temps, about 0.5g per watt. So about 150-160g.
It's quite a bit.
Now for some bud pics.....

Mango....low yield, smoke is nice but plant is a lil cry baby....lol ...

Next up is Pineapple, strong grower, nice buds, smoko is premo.....

Then last we have ol faithful Super Skunk, great easy plant to grow, nice skunky smoko.....

All done now, dry racks stay up ready for Tent #2 in a week or so.

More to come.....now for some quality testing....

Looking good, super sticky, better than Tent #1, for some reason I was using a diluted version of the flower finisher. They got the last week or so on the full strength stuff.

Still trimming, better get back to it.

On the drying racks for now, used the bowl trimmer, so made it faster but it cuts off any irregularities on the buds.

End result, a pile of pre chopped bud and sugar leaf. I hand pick all the shade leaves, smaller leaves etc, then run it through the bowl trimmer so any trim is mostly buds, just choppered.

Should hit around 600g after a dry.
So around 1.8-1.9g per watt.
Not too shabby for hand watered 2 gallon, Coco perlite filled pots. 9 pots, 4ftx 4ft tent, and 315w.
