Hey all, it's not looking good for two of my babies. I was wondering if it ph levels why the other haven't turned? They've all had the same water and neuts...

ok next payday buy from offline a couple of ph soil meters they are cheap dont know if the work good or not but thought it would help constant ph monitering. hope this helps my lowryders have all died except one. before they got there second set of leaves lol.

Well I think I've found some Nuts, I've never had a male plant before but now I think I have two. Not bad as I've Grown/Growing 12 plants so far and that's good. Here's a pic of one.

how long can I keep a male before it shoots it's load? I want some seeds but don't want them to pollinate with out my say so. Every dad is protective of his girls. LOL:roorrip:

Well I've found a hair.:cheer: There's no point in posting a pic as it's tiny, I had to get a magnifying glass to make sure but it's there.:peace:

Glad it turned out to be a female.
I had a problem with ph when I was growing in soil and using organic nutes.
The soil and the nutes had a ph of about 4.
I found a soil ph meter for about 10 bucks at a hardware/garden store. It has a probe and an analog gauge.
I noticed that as I moved the probe into the soil the gauge would jump as it contacted different components of my potting soil mix. I did mix in bat and seabird guano which is acidic though.
Good Luck!

Things are looking up for my two that where ill, I gave them a good flush and they seem a lot better for it, neither have shown there sex as of yet. I however have 1 confirmed female and 2 confirmed males. Here's a few pics of my girl.

Yeah that's the plan, I've ordered a 600w HPS and the ladies will go under that then the males will be moved into another room with this setup for the pollen to be collected, does anyone know long lowryder males need before you can harvest pollen?
:bong:

just keep an eye on the nuts when they look like they are getting big or about to burst cut them in the mean time it will not hurt to put a lil dish under it in case some pollen does drop

Hi Guys, it's been a couple of weeks with no updates so here's what's been going on.

The fem that that I thought was a fem was actually a man in drag(Pre-flowers had hairs). So I have 3 males and two females, unfortunately both fems are the 2 that had problems. 1 has come thru and looking good the other
hasn't grow at all since i fix the problem.

I've now got my 600w HPS lamp but I can't afford to run it at the moment as I have lost my job so will have to use my current set up for the whole grow. So here's a few pics.
