LST right or wrong?

Hello fellow growers first timer here and was wanting to know if I did this right. I bent main cola over to side and tied to bamboo stick. I did this to 4 of my girls. I took some pictures hopefully you can tell from them. Please let me know if I did anything wrong?

Any thoughts on starting a journal? Thought about it a little but not sure yet. I know I need to keep a record of some kind to look back at. I have looked up a few grow apps like grow buddy, botana and grow it so far. Any recommendations on a good journal?

I have 2 journals going. 1 on and I keep a paper record. You will get lots of help and advice when needed starting a journal here. Go to the menu button, go to grow journals, at the top of the page, it should have a start new journal prompt. I have many experienced members following my journal, as will you.
