I'm Baked Homemade Ravioli

Ingredients
8 tablespoons Magical Butter's olive oil
1 pound homemade ravioli (or fresh store bought)
4 cups Get Whacked Ala Vodka Sauce
1/2 pound prosciutto
1/2 pound hot sopressata
1/2 pound shredded asiago cheese
1/2 pound mozzarella
1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano

How To
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Add olive oil in a large saute pan and heat on medium for 1 minute.
3. Add prosciutto and sopressata and cook until crisp (about 30 - 45 seconds per side)
4. Remove and set aside both the meat and the oil for later.
5. Add a generous amount of salt in a large pot of boiling water and boil your raviolis for 3 - 5 minutes. They should be about 1/2 cooked.
6. Strain and set into the baking pan with 1 cup of sauce on the bottom of the pan so the raviolis don't stick.
7. Put a piece of prosciutto and sopressata on top of each ravioli, sauce the top and put asiago and mozzarella cheese over the raviolis.
8. Drizzle the leftover oil from the prosciutto and sopressata on top and bake for 20 minutes.
9. Turn broil on low and cook until cheese is bubbly (about 3 -5 minutes). Keep an eye on it, because it can burn fast.
10. Top with sauce and parmigiano reggiano, drizzle with Magical Butter's extra virgin olive oil and serve.
