- Â¼ cup highly concentrated Magical Butter's MCT oil or raw organic cocoa butter
- 1 pound high-quality dark chocolate, 60% cocoa
- 1 tablespoon soy lecithin
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (or the flesh of fresh bean)
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1 teaspoon dark cocoa powder
- Add Magical Butter's MCT oil or cocoa butter, vanilla, sugar and cocoa powder in a double boiler and then whisk until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Slowly add chocolate and gently stir until it is completely melted and has a silky shine.
- Pour into molds.
- Let cool, pop out of molds and serve!
