Hmz .. reading that back, the alcohol procedure should list to strain out the stems after 20 seconds .. and put aside. You can run them through fresh alcohol another time, add the 2 extracts together, and then evaporate off the alcohol.
If you are somewhat handy, buy a big pan, drill a hole in the lid, connect pipe or hose to the hole, run it to a salad dish, drill a hole in that dish and put the pipe or hose through, fill that dish with ice, and collect your alcohol in a storage container for it. It will slowly collect water .. but it can be used a few times that way
If you shake/stir longer then 20 seconds, you will get more and more chlorophyll and whatever else dissolves in water.
To get around that, you could do a butane extraction instead .. but unless you have the proper equipment to either work with a closed butane extraction system, or remove the evaporated butane from the environment, you are an idiot if you try it. It shows a lack of respect for the substance, and while this sometimes goes ok for a while, only a little spark is enough to do this:
