Making your own air stone, help please

HI guys,

I was getting ready to order my normal 4x2 air stones when I thought of switching to a disc. I then discovered this ! but shipping may take too long and it seems so simple to make except where can I find the material they use as I am not certain what it is called. Thanks for the help

Just use the permeable air line commonly found in aquariums. If you want it covered, use well rinsed expanded clay pellets, or aquarium gravel to cover it in the bottom of your pails.

They call it soaker hose 1/4 inch is what you want
Side note the disks don't work to good I just picked up a pair last week and not impressed I see why some run 2 in a bucket seems I get a wider pattern with the 2 inch stones
