Marijuana Flavouring

I am curious as to how marijuana can at times have a perfume smell? Is this natural or are the growers spraying the product or watering the plants with flavouring/scent?

The cannabis plant is an interesting novelty in the botanical world. It has such a wide array of terpines (Odor and flavour producing oils/chemicals) to the point where it can have almost any plant like flavour in the world. From anise to sour diesel. Having an overly floral smell is unusual for the cannabis plant, but not unheard of. Now some tastes and smells are added artificially through additives in the soil/hydro or through a spray or a combination. Most people opt for a fruit flavour and those are readily available.
