The small plant in the middle had a bit of trouble with the seed coat at the start but looking pretty good now. I am not sure I could run a third sp250 without having heat problems. It has crossed my mind though. Wish Mars made a red booster as some other manufacturers do but I am getting way ahead of myself here.

Yes, definitely! SP -250 with better penetration, while TS wider coverage. :) Choose the one based your own need. ;)

Bang on the money mate. a little.more penetration would have made mine perfect but i started in Hps and switched mid grow to Led , forgot about extra calmag needs so held their yield back sadly too. I run 2 TSL-2000 and want to supplement with an sp250 for central penetration and a 6x6 canopy in flower. The TSL-2000 makes solid buds too. scrog would be amazing with it.

I am pretty sure next grow with the SP 250 in you will have a better one , haha! :kiss::kiss::kiss:

Morning Marsians , all going good in the apery still. The gorillaz are all done and gave me a decent yield of rock hard , trichrome covered , multicoloured , prize winning Nugs. Their total tield was 390g from the 4 plants . 2 of them were a very small phenotype ( approx 2oz each)and the other 2 were monsters( giving 5.5oz and 4.5oz ). considering i also had an amazing smokable Cookie Kush(1.6oz) and the Phantom Og( 1.7oz) that produced beautiful hard nugs and still have the biggest Plant and another big girl too to harvest , i am a very satisfied and happy bunny. still no final yield figure yet but a few days and all will be revealed. Here are some Mars inspired buds for fun and the remaining , drying girls

:cool: Morning fellow Marsians. So here we are at the finish line and it has been a very interesting and educational transition to these new TSL-2000 lights. My usual set up with hps has been challenged and completed. My conclusion is an easy one to come to. I have made a few errors along the way with this grow which would have affected the yield without a doubt. the main one being too many plants in a smaller footprint than my usual one. This alone has highlighted the difference in how to use them better. HPS is deeper penetration without a doubt but the difference to the buds themselves is a huge winner for me. Lower buds were ok but not as thick as the as the tops for obvious reasons. I will be using an sp250 to enhance this now and give myself my perfect light array for my space. The overall yield was 612g from the 8 plants in the room. I am happy at that for a first grow with them and cannot fault the bud production at all. I look forward to my next run beginning oct and will be adding the sp250 agyer a room rebuild too. Thank you Mars Hydro for making great affordable LED that can rival more expensive competitors and thank you to SmokeSara for being so amazing and supportive. Thanks to all the fellow growers for your encouraging and supportive comments along the way too. Anyone considering the change to Led , don't wait , get on the spacecraft and join us fellow Marsians to the land of great nugs.

We are also thinking of upgrating on the TS 2000 lights to add the extention cord, maybe in the near future, :green_heart:
