Hello everyone! :ciao:

As early as two months ago, people kept asking me what the new Mars Hydro new light was. I'm sure you're looking forward to it. Today we're announcing our first new light - SP3000 :theband:

What does SP3000 look like?:hmmmm: In fact, if you look at it from the shape, it's the same as the SP250. The SP3000 can also be called an upgrade to the SP250. So what's the difference between SP3000 and SP250?

- SP3000 uses Samsung 301b chips. Total of 960 diodes.
- SP3000 add more red light, the spectrum is perfect for all cycle grow
- SP3000 is 300w true wattage
- SP3000 has 2'x5' flower coverage, 3'x6' veg coverage
- SP3000 is more convenient for customers to dim the light

Do you like the new SP3000? We will start the pre-sale it on Mars Hydro official website in the middle of June!:snowboating:

Do you want to know how SP3000 perform? That's what we're going to talk about today. We are looking for SP3000 tester!:headbanger::headbanger::headbanger:

Here I will explain how to participate::green_heart:

- Time: 22th ~ 28th May
- Condition: Only for growers who have SP250
- How: Post your Mars Hydro SP250 growing under the threads: Either picture of video will be fine. But in the picture or videos, will need to show the lights and plants both. Try to make it more clean and beautiful! If you have already harvested, please tell us the weight of your harvest.
- You can share as much as you wish.
- Comment whatever you want, but better add a #MarsHydroSP3000led and tag me. @SmokeSara

We will choose five growers who did not participate in the giveaway to be judges of the competition, and the final winner will be decided by these five judges. So if you want to be a judge, please contact me!:Namaste:

Vote Time: 29th May

What winner will get:
- SP3000 LED

:idea:The winner will need to open a new thread after receiving SP3000 to show the difference between SP3000 and SP250, and how SP3000 perform.

Again, thank you everyone for the support for a long time! And I hope everyone good luck!

And that's not all. I've got a second sp250 to unbox tomorrow for the other side of my tsw 2000. Imagine how a sp3000 will look in between the 2 sp250.

And harvest is tomorrow so I should hopefully get an accurate number on final weight late on the 29th

Welcome the first participant :welcome:

@SmokeSara , Mars II 900 was my first grow light and it performed well, I can only imagine how the new lines are doing and if I was in the market for an LED, I would be looking at these quite seriously.

I will be a judge for you Sara if you don’t find others :)
Thank you for your interest

I was leaning toward SP250, now I have SP3000 on my mind :lot-o-toke::laughtwo:
SP3000 has better spectrum, chips. But this also means that the price will be more expensive. Anyway, SP250 is not a bad light.

Sp250 is a very good light. I use one now from seed to finish. I wish I had 3 of them running together now.lpl I use 2xtsl too and imagine the 3000 would fulfill a lot of my needs for my grow room. I could use the 250 for a great veg tent then a tsl flowering room. Wow
#MarsHydroSP3000led is my new target and a Mars tent to keep it company soon.

Harvest in approx 6 days. The sp250 has driven my fast bids tester strains perfectly in their 3 x 60L pots. They are covered in fat solid buds with a fairly low leaf ratio too. Love these lights
