Mars Hydro temperature probe accuracy

So I have my Mars Hydro temperature probe hanging next to a digital thermometer, and the digital thermometer temperature shows 80 degrees while the probe temperature shows on the controller as 90. I have swapped out different digital thermometers and they all show a huge discrepancy vs the probe temp. Is anyone else using the MH controller? Have you checked the accuracy of the probe temp?

I've not seen a mars rep on here for weeks Tokin, I hope all is well with them.
Even their long running thread in the sponsor section is locked for reply.

I just try their website, nothing.

Maybe their new website crashed; but a couple of weeks is a long time in their business.
