Mars OG Grow 2014-2015 First Time Grower

Hello 420 this is my first post and hopefully not my last just started growing and any input would be great whatever questions you guys might have i will try to answer best i could thanks

The grow room​

Size: 5'8"X 11'4" X 6'3"​

Made out of plywood and 2x4's roof has a layer of galvanize then shingles with a slope lowest point is 6'3"
Inside and outside I sprayed it with insulation foam works great
After the foam dried I laid a layer of panda film and on top of the panda film I used Reflextix
6" exhaust Tied to my Carbon filter Carbon filter>1000w hood> Exhausted out the room
I have a Digital ballast capable of doing 50%75%100%

The Babies

I have 9 mars og clones and one random seed I tossed by my grow room and the day the clones came in i noticed it sprouted so i transplanted it and stuck with the rest. The other cups were a fail pepper plants lol

I used 60% coco 40%FFOF for my first transplant into 2 gallon bags

I transplanted to 5 Gallon bucket 100% FFOF which I think messed me up because after transplant i noticed plants got really dark and I am barely seeing some color return

After they went dark I started phing my water i was like at 7.0-7.3 ph

Still getting used to the 5 gallons

My last watering I Started giving them Nutrients at a 1/4 strength i have the flora series

I have LST SUPERCROpPED and Defoliated some of them.
i have a fan on blasting them to move a lil but like 16 hrs a day​

My plants are getting dark now and on of them two stems are dying leave growing deformed I will flush them out today Maybe I shouldn't use hps

i got rid of shelf and flipped them

Day 3 of 12/12 they have been growing exponentially tommrow i rearrange my lights and Carbon filter to give me more head room

The reason you are having trouble with coverage is not the bulb its the reflector. Check out the magnum xl

water seem under watered soil is cracking and extremly dry i flowered them for a week so ima water at 12 after there night time

For a first grow man you're doing great and what a great setup.

You'll use them shelves again though... Drying rack lol

Thanks I'm trying my best only real problem I am having is watering its a pain in the ass controlling the run off I don't want water sitting on floor and I need to move me around to water still haven't figured out on what to do

@ dutty panty flora nutes i also had FF but i wanted to see how flora worked and compare to ff

18 Days into flowering they look good seems like the are going to keel over when the bud really come so i staked them never seen bud so Im not sure if i am doing good or not

Its hard for me to ge to the back i need to move them but branches keep bending as i do so idk what to do
