Fantastic garden my friend. Love the training techniques. :thumb:

Thank you very much bill!

Transplanted the 2 banner clones and the 1 surviving skywalker into 1gallons today. Growth is really picking up with the two main plants. Looks like they will be going to the flower tent a couple weeks early, I’m aiming for friday for the transfer. I’ll keep em at 18 hrs till they are 9-12 weeks, currently they are in their 7th week from seed.

Looks fantastic my friend.

Thanks! Upping the feed really seems to be pushing things in the right direction. The run off seems low, coming out around 700ec/350ppm. Watering once a day 2L and 30 min later 1L more to get some run off happening. Probably getting 20-33% run off. 1350ec/675ppm feeds for the 2 big ones and 1000ec/500ppm on the autos and clones. Temps 64-67F @ 67-70% night, 73-76F @ 58-63% day. Light at canopy is 27K lux in 3x3, 35K lux in 5x5.

Theres a pic of a chicken footed kinda leaf below. Its pretty damn common in autos to have 3 blades so thats not concerning. But I swear Ive seen something where this grower at a commercial operation was saying when the blades start getting real close together and looking like their going straight out it means something...I just cant remember at all. I wanna say maybe it was early overfert or nitro tox or salt build up. None of which I think I currently have, I think if anything they are hurting for nutes. Anyone know what that leaf means?

A bunch of light gets through the air filters on the 5x5 which kinda works out nice. It back lights the run off buckets, serendipitous score there. The room the tent is in is almost pitch black at lights out so Im not worried about light leaks.

Light at 23K lux around clones and 29K lux at tallest auto tops

Clones are at 1200ec/600ppm. AN calmag 3ml/G, AN 3 part. Every other dayish

Autos at 1300ec/650ppm. AN sensi 2 part for coco only ~10ml/G. Once a day, thinking about moving to 2x a day to see if it beefs them up. They def seem scrawny but its not like I’ll even have enough room for them once two of the clones are at 5-6 weeks. I’ll probably stuff two of them in the flower tent when that time comes. Or I could take the weaker two and throw some nutrient experiments at them for learning, we’ll see.

If you have any suggestions out there, please go ahead and speak up. I’m still looking to write in stone what that serrated edge rolling in is and what the late hour of the day leaves going straight up thing. I have some solid theories but I just cant accept them until the nuance is gone...and they look like bill284’s plants lol

Mains are at 1600ec/800ppm. 4ml/G AN calmag, 8ml/G AN 3 part , 1ml/G H+G root excell

I noticed the dimmer on the FC-6500 wasn’t working reliably so they got a few days at 36K lux. So here I am trying to play catch up then they get blasted and the pale starts coming back in on the tops, aggh. Rigged up a 0-10v dimmer pot from amazon and we’re all good now sitting around 31K lux at canopy. Feeds are increasing and run off is up to ~1300ec/650ppm 6.0ph. Ive read pay no mind to run off ph but I just checked it for piece of mind. Im gonna keep the feeds here and see if that run off still keeps creeping up or if it starts to fall again. I think with the light dimmed I should be out of the nutrient draining range. I water once a day but they are taking about 1.5-1.75 gallons to get run off going so I will start giving a second feed at 8-9 hrs into light cycle. I’ve never used 7 gal pots before and I’m pretty amazed at how much these babies are drinking. Day temps are 72-76F @ 57-63%

Training sticks are out. I think if I wanted my original plan to really work I would have had to stay on top of topping the stuff in the middle to stimulate the the two main branches to keep stretching. Im just gonna let them go as is for a few more weeks and Ill still get my coverage It’ll just be a little taller at that point.

Fantastic looking girls my friend. Excellent training, nice healthy leaves. Vigorously growing. My only suggestion would be to increase ppm towards recommend levels, Newer growth looks just slightly lighter in color. A plant that healthy i would have well over a 1000 Maby closer to 1200 ppm.
If you look at tips of my girls leaves there is slight burning. Which is ok , I keep pushing them to the max.
When I get burning tips I stop there .

Thanks for the suggestion I will definitely continue raising the nutrient levels then. I found some interesting info on the AN nutes Im using. Apparently the EC/ppm readings should be higher than the norm since the buffers they use contribute to the final ec/ppm. I guess thats why if you made up a recommended full strength batch you would get readings near 3000ec/1500ppm. I have seen a few people say the $10 amazon ec/ppm meters are simple technology and accurate, but I have two of them and my newest meter reads ~150ec lower. I also seen somebody compared one of these meters with the blulab truncheon stick and they found the meter was off by more than a couple hundred. I think its time to get a good ec/ppm meter.

All going pretty good. Im still increasing ec about 100ec per 2ish days on the big two. They now have 2000ec going in and 2370ec coming out. They seem like their still crying for more but I think I’m gonna make sure I can hold these run off numbers for a few days before going any higher. Lights are at about 33-36k lux@18. Two autos got ditched for room and the clones are gonna get some good light as of today. These are my first successful clones. I’m hoping its completely normal but the stems are super thick and a little odd looking. They have been in low light conditions till now and their loaded to the gills with great white, maybe that has something to do with it. The clones got a good flush with 1100ec today. They were feeding once every 3 days at 1300ec. They look a little dark on the bottoms and I seen a little bronzing so I think the clean slate will do them good. The two autos still in the tent are at 1500ec and looking like their gonna do pretty good. Im trying out Buddhas Tree flower burst for the first time and seems like its really kick starting these autos

Flipped big two to flower on 3/8. For flower base Im trying out this Ionic bloom. I already love it based on the cap lol. It has a nice rubber washer and you can shake the bejesus out of it and will not leak. No shitty paper aluminum foil stuff either thats just going to deteriorate and fall in nutes. Its a one part system so Im really hoping it works out good, super easy. Supposedly its very stable and its kinda cheap too. If it works good I may try out their one part grow when the AN-MGB runs out. When mixed up with 4ml/G AN calmag 400ec and 20ml/G Ionic bloom the total ec is 1900. So we’ll see how fast this stuff gets used up.

Everything is going pretty good in the veg tent. I’ll have to ditch one of the banner clones soon. One looks a little sad after going bone dry. Its a little hard to keep up watering the autos in those one gallon pots. They can take the pot to bone dry over 9 hrs.

Rolling right along. Broke a branch on the one Skywalker OG clone so it looks like next cycle will be double 420 Bruce Banner. Other than that every things looking pretty good. The autos greened up solid and I see a couple leaves on the bottom that there blades are going very close together like strait out. So I dropped their feed a little bit, 1.3 or 1.4ec I believe. They are getting watered 3x a day just shy of a liter each time. So far I’ve completely abandoned the goal of once a day water and no run off (cult style).

Hit a bump in the road with the two mains. I got my feeds upto 2.1ec late veg. Just before flip I flushed down to 1.7ec with some 1.3ec nutes. Then I flipped and switched to Ionic for bloom. I also started trying to dial in drippers. I think first feeds were around 1.9-2.0. After a few days my run off was 3.7ec. At that point I increased feeds to 3x a day and got run off down to about 2.7ec. At that point the paleing started showing up. I checked ph of run off and it was about 5. I decided to check my meter and found it read 7.4 in 7.0 buffer solution. Re-calibrated meter and cut feeds down to 1.4ec but at 4x a day (4x 3min @ 15oz per minute). I suspect I blasted them with quite a bit of K and it dropped ph and locked out iron, zinc, mag. Now that I am using frequent fertigation I think I should run 50%, atleast thats what I gather from reading online. If I see any paleing start at the bottom I will boost ec. Im hoping I can get away with this with no perlite. I get good drainage and these things drink 2L over 8hrs so fingers crossed. Run off today: skywalker(on left) 1.8ec, banner(on right) 1.9ec 5.6ph

Riding out the low mix for a minute still. Waters up at 2g a day. It seems like this is the number that gives me 25% run off. Got the run off down to 1.5ec on skywalker and 1.4ec @ 5.8ph out of banner. The color seems to be coming back. Im stoked. Now I just need to keep an eye on run off and see if it rises or lowers and I think I may have this turned around.

One thing I gotta say about the Hydrodynamics Ionic bloom is that I love the stability of the ph. After mix it goes into res and gets oxygenated and that brings the ph up to 5.6 from initial mix ph of 5.3. Takes about 1.5-2mls of GH ph up to get to 6.0 right away. After it settles it sits at 6.08 and stays there, atleast for 3 days anyway. The Advanced Nutrients 3 part “ph perfect” seems like its ph rises in the res pretty fast. I do get that ph perfect is utilized by the plant over a way bigger spectrum and ph’ing is not required but I cant say the for some of the additives that I would use In combination with it. So I’m pretty happy with the Ionic so far, I feel like I could turn my back on it and light one up and all would be good

It seems Im still getting some build up happening so I reduced feeds to 1.4ec. Today I gave 1g each at .6ec and then their scheduled 2g at 1.4ec. Run off is down to the input again, we’ll see what happens now. My gut says this feed is to low but Im just not sure what else to do since they built up to 2.6ec run off over a few days of 1.6 and Im giving over 2 gallons a day.
