Maximizing Colorado Legal Grow and Harvest

I have scoured the forums and gained much insight in how to grow in a multitude of mediums but have not seen a strategy for a legal Colorado patient grow that maximizes harvest over a year's span of time.

Legal is defined as no more than 6 plants and not exceeding 3 in flower at any time. Of course the 2 ounce possession limit will depend on yield and consumption.

I hope to maximize outside soil grow in both pots and garden, starting soon after spring equinox (let's say April 1st) and ending with an outside final fall (mid-October) harvest. I hope to start germinating from seed in late December for the first plants (yeah, I know I have to allow for some males) under tube FLs, and will like to harvest 6 indicas, 2 sativas and 2 hybrids (60/40 I to S) unless I can find reliable and accurate sources of clones.

Will the creative amongst you experienced growers (and there are so many) suggest a strategy to fulfill this pipe dream or is this too ambitious for our short season? :wood:
