MISSOULA, Mont. - A medical marijuana supplier has filed a lawsuit against a medical marijuana clinic in Missoula contending the clinic illegally transferred $50,000.

Delphia Holdings Corp. filed the lawsuit Monday in Missoula County District Court against Montana Pain Management.

Also named are Montana Pain Management's board chairman, Kraig Michels, and its president, Rick Rosio.

The complaint says two transfers of $25,000 were made.

Rosio and Michels tell The Missoulian that Delphia signed off on the transfers, and everything was done legally.
