Medical Mike's Multi Strain Coco & Perlite Autopot Adventure

Hey guys and girls.
I have just started another grow.
Mars Hydro tent 1680d 2.4 Metres long 2.4 Metres wide 2 Metres high.
I am using 24 15L autopots fed by a 225L nutrient tank.
All Nutrients are flairform and used at the manufacturers instructions.
Veg nutrients:
Green dream 1 Vege 5ml per litre
Silika majic .2ml per litre
Roots 1.5 ml per litre
CMX 1ml per litre

Bloom nutrients
Green dream 1 bloom 5ml per litre
Silika majic .2ml per litre
Roots 1.5ml per litre
CMX 1ml per litre
Bud genie 2.5ml per litre
Bud storm 1ml per litre

Genetics:
Peyote critical
White strawberries
Incredible bulk
Big kush
Big bud X northern lights
White rhino
Citron givre

All strains run for roughly 8 weeks and will be veged for approximately 2 weeks.
These ladies were cloned just before my last cycle was flipped and have been waiting under a 400watt CFL.

I am running 4 1800watt cobs which draw approximately 340watt at the wall each. Alongside the LEDs I will be running 4 400watt HPS lights as well.

For air movement I have a 250mm inline fan, filter and silencer to scrub and remove stale air. I also have a 250mm inline fan and silencer blowing fresh air into the tent. Each quadrant of the tent has a small fan running under the canopy to circulate air around the trunks and above the canopy two 40cm fans displace the air up top and strengthen the stems for the main colas.

Here is the setup, note the lids aren't on the floats on the autopots. The system won't be turned on for another week as per manufacturers instructions. When the plants are established in the pots the system will be turned on. All pots contain several inches of clean, screened pumice and filled with 70/30 mix of Coco perlite.

Hey, Just a quick update.
I gave half of the crop a litre of nutrients today, they were a little bit light in the pot. I'm looking forward to switching the system on. last night I took 40 clones and tonight I staked everything down. I like to use a combination of topping and low stress training. I will post some pictures when I can.

Update, So last night I switched the Autopot system on and today my cooling system came. We have been getting really high temperatures and as I will be switching my HPS lights on I decided to invest in a 50L cooler. It runs well and will give me peace of mind over the last few weeks of

summer. The lights will be flipped to 12/12 schedule within the next week and will run from 9pm till 9am to avoid the peak heat of the day.

Hey guys, I flipped last night and everything is running like clockwork. I've gone in tonight and had to put my lights up already. They sit 46cm above the tallest plant in their quadrant. Here's a couple of photos to show what a difference 2 days in my tent makes.

Nice journal I'm following!! You'll love the Peyote Critical. I'm harvesting mine this weekend. Fattest buds out of the 4 plants. All tied up, some laying horizontal haha. Pretty lime green leaves. Great strain. Here's a part of it:

Update, Led lights have been regularly raised to 46cm above the canopy. The HPS have too but I use the hand test to determine whether they need raising. The 225L reservoir needed refilling and because buds have already begun forming I added flairform "bud storm" to the nutrient solution. I have pH'd to 5.8 and the Autopot system is running well.

Well we are two weeks into flowering today. Plants are all looking healthy. These girls are going to need plenty of staking, the stretch is over now and I have pruned the undergrowth up on half of them. I've done 6 a day and will be done on Monday. Here are a few photos.

Thanks, I'm stressing out that I haven't done enough to maximize my yield. It's something that I do every grow lol. Stress stress stress lol. I'm going to stake all the individual branches up which is time consuming but will help with light penetration and will hopefully maximize yield.

Update, week 3 into bloom and I've done some staking to open things up and provide some support for when the girls get big. This run is going great and has stick after stick of bud laden branches. Sorry the photos aren't the best it's hard to show just how many buds are in there
