Namaste-
I am a medically retired cop who is sick and tired of having to ingest the toxins that are currently Rx'ed. My injuries currently cannot be fixed via surgery. Both my back and neck are shot... I've been fortunate enough to combat my PTSD w/yoga and meditation, but haven't been able to get rid of the physical pain.
I'm not here to bust anyone and have been retired since 04. I worked 12+ yrs and never received a "citizen complaint" so I don't have a vendetta a.k.a. "getting beat up in high school" and hope that all find what they are looking for.
If I can be of any help by all means just ask. Of course, I'm not an attorney and cannot dispense 'legal advice', but can help you think it through in a non-judgemental way. It should be noted that I got into police work after watching a bunch of cops kick the crap out of 1 guy (Rodney King) and trying to improve the situation.
I'm just trying to Live The Tao and with that I leave you this, an interpretation of the 71st Verse:
Knowing ignorance is strength.
Ignoring knowledge is sickness.
Only when we are sick of our sickness
shall we cease to be sick.
The Sage is not sick but is sick of sickness;
this is the secret of health.
